As the final two weeks of the regular season are upon there is great anticipation over who will make the post season tournament.  The regional rankings below will show the teams from each region that would be looking at the post season as of this week.

Week 10 vs. Ferris State Noon Kick-off

Come help us cheer on the Timberwolves and celebrate the graduating Seniors in their last home game.

 

We will have the same reserved parking spots for tailgating as we had for our previous home games. Please let Cathy Hammis know by Friday morning if you plan on tailgating, so she can have enough parking spots reserved.  Everyone is invited to tailgate…just bring your own food and beverages and get to know the other parents before the game!

   

Please come cheer on the team at the mouth of the Wolf  as they enter the field before the game each week.  Bring your cowbells, your pompons and anything else you have to make some noise and show your support for our boys!!!

Week 9 at Northern Michigan

The Timberwolves head north for their annual road trip to the U.P. to play Northern Michigan. Game time is set for 1pm and any road warriors can locate the NU faithful in the parking lot outside of the stadium.

Week 8 vs. Grand Valley

Saturday October 26th, 12 Noon kick-off

We will have the same reserved parking spots for tailgating as we had for our previous home games. Please let Cathy Hammis know by Friday morning if you plan on tailgating, so she can have enough parking spots reserved.  Everyone is invited to tailgate…just bring your own food and beverages

The local food pantries were very appreciative of our recent donation of Peanut Butter and Jelly, but could definitely use more. If you are able to donate, please bring PB&J to Saturday's tailgate. We will have the collection box there for any donations. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

See the links below for directions to SVSU and a campus map that shows the location of Lot F, where we will be Tailgating on Saturday starting at 4pm!  It will also be SVSU's Homecoming, so arrive early for a parking spot and a seat at the game!  A record crowd is expected!

 

We will have tickets to the game available at the Northwood Tailgating Site so you don't have to stand in line for them!  Cost for tickets is $10 for adults and $7 for students.

We will be Tailgating at the west end of the parking lot in front of Wayne State's Athletic building.  It is a large gravel lot, but there is a grass & tree lined area that will make a nice gathering area.

Welcome to Northwood Homecoming 2013!

For those of you who have not experienced the combination of the Homecoming Football game and the Auto Show….

you are in for a treat!  The campus is jam-packed with football fans and Auto Show fans and combined it means that parking is at a premium! 

 

We will have the same reserved parking spots for tailgating as we had for our home opener.

However, YOU MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 9AM to be allowed entrance to the main parking lot.

Please reply by Thursday, September 26th, if you would like to reserve a spot.  Last year, cars were allowed in past the “field” parking if you told security that you were tailgating,

but we have been told that this might not be allowed this year.Everyone is invited to tailgate…just bring your own food and beverages and get to know the other parents before the game!

we have 2013 Lanyard Rosters available to purchase for only $5.00.  Everyone needs one to keep track of their T-wolves!  Wear it around your neck and keep your hands free for cheering on the team!

We will also be collecting Peanut Butter and Jelly for our Charity Food Drive. Please help fill up our box at the Tailgate Tent with these 2 items that need replenishing in local food pantries.   Thanks!

WEEK 3 @ Quincy University

Quincy University

Saturday, September 21st 2:00pm

Quincy University plays its home football games at Flinn Stadium. Quincy University shares this facility with Quincy High School. Flinn Stadium seats nearly 4,000 fans and provides locker rooms for both teams as well as officials. The surrounding area offers plenty of parking space as well as tailgating at Boots Bush park located adjacent to the stadium. The stadium is located at 4400 Maine Street in Quincy, Illinois.

We will attempt to gather together for Timberwolf Tailgating, but exactly where will have to be determined.  The Jonker's will most likely have their canopy / tent set up and if you saw it last week, it was royal blue and said Northwood Timberwolves, so look for it and head in that direction!
